ZenWorlds ZenCast #37 is a meditation designed to help you positively adjust to the idea of passing on, the passing of a friend or passing of a loved one. A person learns from a young age that death is to be feared and yet it's just as much a part of life as being born. The fear should lye in not really living while you're here. It's such an amazing opportunity to be here, but when the time comes to pass, may peace and love be in your heart. Whether you're coping with a loss, potential loss of someone close or coming to terms with yourself passing, this meditation is for you and comes by request of a special ZenWorlds listener.

ZenWorlds VidCast #35 is a meditation designed to help you manage anxiety. One of my very best girlfriends occasionally has episodes of panic. It can range from mild to debilitating. Everyone's experience is different. This process activates your body's fight or flight response. Well, we're not being chased by dinosaurs anymore, but there are plenty of things in your environment that can trigger a short mini panic (oh I lost my keys) or a more intense and long anxiety attack. For those that manage their own anxiety or meditate in addition to other methods, this meditation is for you.

ZenWorlds ZenCast #34 is a mini meditation designed to help you deal or maybe even erase fears. Fear is a very natural emotion. For our species to survive, fear was essential. It kept us as safe as possible and basically kept us alive, but that was then. Although some fears are still very much a part of survival like don't jump off this steep cliff, other fears be them rational or irrational, only hold you back from really bursting out of your skin with happiness. We're all perfectly imperfect and brilliant at the same time. Let's break down those fears one breath at a time.

ZenWorlds ZenCast #33 is a meditation designed to help you realize your personal boundaries and enforce them with those around you. My mom always used to tell me that you teach people how to treat you. I think many people out there know at least a couple adults who don't treat you the way you would like them to. Part of that is because you have not established clear boundaries with this person or these people so they know how far they can and can't push you. Let's help you establish firm boundaries and give you the mental script for when you need to assert your authority when it is being challenged.

A short synopsis (that cannot do it justice) of the Harmonic Wealth Weekend with James Ray was an event aimed to help each person break through past programming and self limiting beliefs that hold you back from realizing your greatest and true potential in the five key areas of your life (spiritual, financial, relational, mental and physical). It was set in Las Vegas and I just got back to Minnesota sleep deprived and all.

All I can say is amazing. I'm forever changed. I can't wait to share what I have learned with you too, but it's really not about what the event was supposed to be for everyone that attended. Each person took from the weekend what they needed to. The experience was unique for each person and the breakthroughs people made in their lives was truly amazing.

I had a limiting belief that in order to be successful at whatever you're doing, everyone needed to like you. This belief manifested itself as me trying to be everything to everyone and getting very distressed when someone didn't like what I was doing and almost giving up. NOTHING could be further from the truth now and I know it like I know it like I know it, that what I do adds value to many (not all) and that is OK.

The "A-Ha" moment came when I was back at the hotel room after a long day of self introspection. The Transformation Team probed me to fill in the blank I was having such a hard time with and that was "I don't feel worthy because_______." I filled in the blank late Friday night after reading an email from a ZenWorlds ZenCast meditation listener who thanked me for helping her when doctors and conventional western medicine didn't find what she needed. Now I've received thank you emails before but this one was different. This one came at a time when I was feeling particularly vulnerable. I read it. I knew at that moment that what I do adds value to many people, not everyone and that is OK. So the limiting belief "I don't feel worthy because not everyone likes what I'm doing and therefore success couldn't happen for me." You know what, I live for helping others and if I help one person, I'm successful. Thank you Gina for the email and thank you James Ray, Dream Team and Transformation Team for a life changing weekend.

I met a lot of great people all of which made a huge impact on me. Thank you to them for adding to my experience! I hope you all had safe travels back home. I'm so excited to talk more about how this event impacted my life, but I have to go to bed!!

ZenWorlds ZenCast #32 is a meditation designed to help you manage anger. Anger is a very natural emotion. Some manage it better than others. Some take a deep breath and shrug off what made them angry and some have tendencies to stew on the source of the anger without the ability to self-sooth. For those that need a little help calming yourself when feeling anger, this meditation will help you. Letting go of anger will also help you diffuse grudges you may be holding onto. They're simply protection mechanisms for your ego so you wont leave yourself vulnerable to more hurt. Let's let it all go one breath at a time.

On Thursday September 10th I will be flying to Las Vegas. Originally I was just planning on a little girl trip with friends. Then I looked at James Ray's website (from the movie "The Secret") to just see when the Harmonic Wealth Weekend was just in case it coincided at the same time. Well looky here, it was so I asked my friend if she minded hanging out at the pool with a cocktail while I was gone during the day. She said go for it so I registered. It's a 2-day intensive workshop for self-improvement in all areas of your life. I'm excited to attend and I will report every detail to you.
